The pools were amazing, and I enjoyed relaxing in the hot sulfur pool, which had the perfect temperature. The mini-zoo with cute animals added an extra touch of charm to my experience. Despite being basic, the chalets provided a comfortable and cozy stay. The natural hot springs were a true highlight, especially on a tropical rainy day. The rooms were comfortable and had a nice rustic charm to them. The access to the hot springs was a real highlight, especially enjoying them in the late evenings and early mornings. The breakfast provided was delicious and filling, a great way to start the day. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
It would have been helpful to have a small fridge in the room for storing drinks or snacks. , the lack of hot water for private use, like taking a shower, was a bit inconvenient.
